Shipping & Returns
Standard orders are typically processed between 3-8 business days. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
No returns unless damaged or defective.
We reserve the right to accept returns on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org a photo of the product and packaging and we will grant or deny the return at our sole discretion.
The customer is responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs.
In the event a product is sold out, Sandy Beach Doll has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
