Standard orders are typically processed between 3-8 business days. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
No returns unless damaged or defective due to manufacturing malfunction. We are not responsible for small chips in paints resulting from wear and tear.
Our dolls are delicate and we recommend handling them with care and avoid using on hard surfaces or in a chlorine filled pool for long periods of time.
Please note that small chips or cracks in the paint is a typical occurrence because these dolls are handmade and hand-painted.
We reserve the right to accept returns on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. Please email email@example.com a photo of the product and packaging and we will grant or deny the return at our sole discretion.
